This Villa is situated a few minutes walk from the private shoreline where you can indulge in a refreshing dip before breakfast on your terrace.

A tastefully furnished two bedroomed villa with air conditioning to both bedrooms, breathtaking views from the lounge, terrace and master bedroom.
The villa comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs toliet, split level lounge, with two cedar shuttered french windows that lead you out onto your own private terrace which has seating for four. From here a small stone spiral staircase leads to a private footpath that meanders under an arch of pastel stone taking you to the majestic steps to the main pool and torquoise sea.
The spiral staircase with wrought iron handrail and polished teak steps lead you upstairs where you will find two bedrooms (both with air-conditioning) with high wooden timbered ceilings, built in wardrobes and white cotton bed linen.
One double ensuite with two shuttered windows with panoramic views across the bay, the other a twin ensuite with one wooden shuttered window.

Once inside Villa Kismet you will find a large open plan split level living room with a fully equipped kitchen, you will walk on polished stone floors and colourful traditional Turkish Kilims which compliment the whitewashed walls.
Here you will find a pink marble and wrought iron breakfast bar and attractive stone fireplace, an L shaped sofa and two wicker armchairs that take advantage of the sweeping views of the sea.
The CD player can add to your atmospheric nights spent on your terrace whilst you gaze at the crescent moon reflecting over the bay and watch the lights of Kalkan sparkle.

You will have access to within minutes of Villa Kismet a 200 meter private shoreline, where the sparkling turquoise waters mix with the fresh spring water from the Taurus mountains. The sea here has been awarded the blue flag.
You will find secluded bathing platforms offering privacy and seclusion around the resort should you wish. You will find shade being offered by wicker sun parasols or olive trees, the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Kalkan has an air of tranquility that other's have lost, narrow paved streets lined with vine covered cafes and small shops that lead you down to the harbour where you can sit in the shade and watch the boats leaving the harbour.
